Day 4!

So its day 4 of the Insanity challenge. And I really liked today’s workout. It was cardio recovery. Did it while baby boy took a nap :) It’s pretty cool how he mixed cardio with stretching and some yoga. Still sweated though. Remember! Sweat is fat crying. On day 3: Wednesday: It was crazy! I tried to finish it but had to listen to my body and my baby. He finished eating around the same time my legs were giving out. Ha! Did 30 minutes of it. I didn’t try to continue it. I was done for the day. On day 2: Tuesday: First workout! It kicked my ass! I did it in the mom way too. While doing the moves i incorporated some funny faces and noises. Also some extra moving and we both had fun :) I was sore on Wednesday too. But able to walk. Ofcourse all of this working out will go to waste if I don’t diet right. Thankfully I have a mother that supports my getting fit decision and friends that motivate me. I’ve been finding recipes on tumblr and pinterest that are filling and low on calorie and carbs. Been trying to add spices too. Also trying to eat those foods that help with my metabolism. I’ve been drinking green tea for a while now but I think I might switch it up a bit and drink a different kind. So far pretty good. Can’t wait for pay day :)
